This high-quality griddle was specifically designed for use in a cooking line and is ideal for daily, intensive use thanks to the use of high-quality materials. The smooth griddle plate is made from 15 mm thick steel and has an elegant chrome surface. Beneath it is a large 1.5-litre drip tray that collects fat during cooking and keeps things tidy. It can be easily removed for cleaning.

The high stainless steel splash guard prevents oil splashes and ensures a safe and comfortable cooking experience.
