When you prepare meat, fish and vegetables on this professional charcoal grill, your ingredients gain a delicious smoky flavour. The components of this charcoal grill are designed for daily, intensive use in restaurants, hotels and other catering businesses. This premium charcoal grill comes with cast iron grill plates that are 13 cm wide. Unlike normal grill plates, this charcoal grill heats the space underneath the grill. The cast iron grill plates distribute the heat evenly, so it doesn't matter where you place your ingredients.

Flame-retardant Grill Plates

This unit is equipped with a fat drip tray below the cooking surface so that excess fat can be collected. The splash guard made of stainless steel also prevents oil splashes. Thanks to the ergonomic design, it is very safe to work with this charcoal grill. The grill plates are flame-retardant and with the individual thermostats, you can set the temperature for each cooking zone individually between 100 and 300°C. The charcoal grill is 90 cm deep and is therefore suitable for grilling large quantities of food simultaneously. It is also equipped with a gas safety valve and a thermocouple. This unit is suitable for operation with liquefied petroleum gas or natural gas. Please note that the delivery does not include an additional stainless steel grid that can be placed on the grill; however, this can be ordered via our webshop.

Self-Cleaning Grill Plates

Cleaning a grill is usually the worst part of using a grill, but with this charcoal grill the grill grates are self-cleaning. In addition, all parts are very easy to remove and clean. The housing is made of stainless steel, so the charcoal grill can be wiped clean in no time. You will need a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. It is also possible to order a stainless steel base for this unit, which creates the ideal workstation for your charcoal grill.
