Equipped with heat insulation

Safe working in the catering industry is essential. The safety thermostat prevents overheating. The temperature can be set between 120 and 300 °C. To reduce heat loss and keep energy consumption low, the braising pan is equipped with heat insulation. The base of the inner pan consists of 8 mm thick stainless steel to prevent corrosion, which also ensures even heat distribution.

Easy to clean

An important part of user-friendliness is cleaning. Thanks to the intelligent design and the use of smooth materials, you don’t have to worry about that. The stainless steel can be easily cleaned with a cloth. The corners are rounded so no food residues can accumulate, and thanks to the practical tap, you always have water available for cleaning. Tilting the inner pan is also practical when you want to clean and dry the braising pan.
