Direct Heating System

This kettle is gas-operated and features throttling valves that, like the ignition system, are electronically controlled. The micro-perforated burners are made of stainless steel and equipped with flame protection. The kettle is single-walled; the heat source is located directly beneath the kettle, meaning it has a direct heating system. This makes it ideal for foods cooked in water such as vegetables, potatoes, rice, sausage, and meat. The safety thermostat protects against low water levels to prevent the food from burning quickly. Thanks to the additional insulation material, heat loss and energy consumption are also reduced to a minimum.

Easy to Operate

Although it weighs 100 kg, it is still very easy to operate. The double-layer lid has a large handle and a counterweight opening mechanism, making opening and closing effortless. Easy cleaning is an important part of user-friendliness. The interior is rounded and, thanks to stainless steel, smooth all over. A kettle also needs a practical drain valve to easily drain the liquid. This is not only useful for draining cooking water but also very practical for cleaning.
