This 137 cm long saladette features three cabinet doors made of stainless steel at the bottom and a plastic cutting board on top, which is useful for slicing rolls or chopping vegetables. Behind each cabinet door is a single shelf that is adjustable in height, allowing you to tailor it to your needs. This professional kitchen appliance has a capacity of 257 l and is suitable for the use of Gastronorm containers, which, however, are not included with the saladette. Special Cooling System

The temperature in this saladette can be set between 0 and 10ºC using the convenient digital temperature controller. The cooling system of this device ensures that the air inside the refrigerator is circulated so that all products are cooled evenly, regardless of their position inside the fridge. Additionally, there are foamed evaporators on three sides and the refrigerant used is R600a, which is CFC-free. This saladette is equipped with a unique cooling cycle that reduces ice formation inside the refrigerator.

Effortless Cleaning

Cleaning this high-quality kitchen device is very easy thanks to the durable and scratch-resistant materials used in its manufacture. The use of smooth stainless steel prevents dirt buildup in hidden corners and is very easy to wipe. Since the saladette is used daily and the food inside changes regularly, it is important to clean it thoroughly. Turn off the saladette before cleaning. Use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to wipe the interior. Make sure not to use too much water during cleaning to avoid condensation and ice formation. It is also important that you dry everything thoroughly before switching the saladette back on. Don’t forget to clean the door gaskets and rinse the shelves in soapy water to keep them clean. The maximum ambient temperature for this saladette is 32°C.
