This salamander grill is suitable for grilling, gratinating, glazing, warming or thawing foods and products. Thanks to its even heat, you can keep the device at a constant low temperature. This grill is very practical in professional kitchens as it provides a space to keep dishes warm after preparation. The temperature can be set with the rotary knob, allowing you to keep food warm and slowly cook fish or meat.

Equipped with a lift handle

This professional salamander grill is equipped with a lift system. This means you do not have to move the grill rack with the food but can bring the heating elements closer to the food by moving the lid down with a lever. This is ideal for gratinating dishes. Afterwards, you can move the lid back up with the lever. The heating elements are durable and alloyed, and the device is equipped with a temperature indicator. The grill rack is made of stainless steel, on which products, dishes and food can be placed. At the bottom there is a stainless steel crumb tray to catch food residues. The handle at the top of the salamander grill is made of insulating bakelite.

Easy to keep clean

The grill features a switch with continuous function, so it can remain on for a long time. The salamander grill stands on four sturdy rubber feet. It is important to clean the grill after each use to avoid odour and taste residues on new food. Turn off the device before cleaning and allow it to cool down. Remove the racks and clean them with warm soapy water. You can also clean the racks and crumb tray in the dishwasher. Afterwards, wipe the stainless steel housing with a damp, soft cloth.
