Slide the power switch upwards to start juicing. Use the plastic pusher to feed the ingredients into the pressing system. Juice collects in a 0.8-litre container while the pulp is stored in a separate compartment. The 1.0-litre pulp container has a large capacity for collecting pulp. The opening may become blocked if the pulp does not fall easily into the container. Slide the switch downwards to activate the reverse function and clear any blockages. Slide the switch upward again to continue juicing.

Cleaning the Slow Juicer

It is important to properly clean the Slow Juicer after use. First, turn off the juicer and unplug it. Remove and empty the juice and pulp containers. Remove the feed chute, pressing chamber, auger, and filter screen. Wash all parts with warm water and a mild detergent. Remove the rubber stopper from the juice container to facilitate cleaning. Wipe the outside of the device with a soft, damp cloth. Dry all parts thoroughly and reassemble the juicer.
