Easy-to-use digital display

On the digital display, you can select the desired mode: "ICE" (for slush), "COOL" (for chilled drinks), "CLN" (for cleaning the slush ice & granita machine) and "STOP." In "ICE" mode you set the slush thickness using the plus and minus buttons. You can choose between seven thickness levels, from liquid to firm slush (-2 to -12°C). In "COOL" mode you set the temperature with the same buttons (1 - 10°C). At temperatures below 0°C, the device automatically switches to a regeneration mode to ensure optimal performance. The display locks after 1 minute and can be reactivated by pressing the light button for three seconds. You can choose from 63 colours of tank lighting, so one colour for every occasion.

Safe, quiet and versatile

The unit is suitable for indoor use (ambient temperature up to 32°C) and outdoor use (ambient temperature up to 43°C). With a 12-litre tank and a noise level under 60 dB, this model is ideal for catering, events and food trucks. The adjustable feet ensure a secure stand on any surface. Important: Always use a product with a sugar content of at least 20-30% and never just water. This prevents damage to the cooling system and ensures the right consistency.

Intelligent cleaning programme

The slush ice & granita machine has a built-in cleaning programme. First empty the tank and then fill it with clean, warm water and a mild detergent (below the upper limit). Select the cleaning programme on the display. The granita machine stops cooling while the mixing system keeps running. This loosens any residues. Empty the tank, fill it only with warm water, run the mixer again and empty it once more. Remove the tank from the machine and detach the tap. Detach the mixing system and all removable parts. Clean these parts in warm soapy water. Wipe the mixing system with a damp cloth. Dry all parts thoroughly and lubricate the seals with food-grade petroleum jelly. Reassemble the machine. Remove the drip tray and filter, clean them and put them back.
