Smart maintenance, easy to use

Each tank has its own CLN cleaning mode that simplifies the cleaning process. First, empty the tank then fill it with clean warm water and a mild detergent. Select the cleaning program on the display. The granita machine stops cooling while the mixing system continues running. This loosens any residues. Empty the tank, refill it with warm water only, run the mixer again, and empty it once more. Remove the tank from the machine and release the water tap. Detach the mixing system and all removable parts. Clean these parts in warm soapy water. Wipe the mixing system with a damp cloth. Thoroughly dry all parts and lubricate the seals with food-safe petroleum jelly. Reassemble the device. Remove, clean, and replace the drip tray and filter. Use only drinks with a sugar content of 20-30% and never plain water, as this can damage the system. For long-term use, we recommend replacing the rubber seals once a year.
