The maximum amount of flour is 3 kg and the maximum dough quantity is 4.5 kg. You can also knead smaller dough quantities as long as they weigh no less than 1.5 kg. Both the kneading hook and the mixing bowl rotate to ensure all ingredients are well combined and ready for baking. Thanks to the practical timer, you can let the mixer work on its own.

Safe Operation

Thanks to the safety switch, you can be sure your safety is ensured when working with this dough mixer and that the motor will not overheat. The mixer is equipped with a safety cage that closes the mixing bowl. If the cage is not fully closed, the machine cannot be started. This also applies if the mixing bowl is overloaded with ingredients. The mixer will switch off automatically.
