The pot dishwasher for the catering industry is ideal for use in bakeries, butcher shops and catering companies where large pots and pans are handled. Thanks to the large volume, you can easily clean even the biggest pots and pans. Many larger gastronomy items do not fit into a standard-sized dishwasher. With this dishwasher, you can also clean GN containers, larger kitchen utensils, crockery and for example baskets. This powerful dishwasher removes even the most stubborn food residues thanks to its strong wash arms and water nozzles. You can wash 30 baskets per hour in this quiet machine, which operates at less than 80 dB. Additionally, this professional dishwasher offers three complete wash programs of 120, 360 and 480 seconds.

Including multiple baskets

Starting the dishwasher is also very simple. Using the control panel, which is IPX5 protected so that no water can get behind the buttons, you simply switch on the dishwasher and the water is automatically filled and heated. With the second button, you set the wash program. The pots and pans are washed at 60°C and then rinsed with 85°C hot water so the crockery dries quickly by evaporation. Included with this dishwasher are two baskets sized 60 x 76 cm as well as an inlet and drain hose for connecting the dishwasher to the water supply.

Easy to clean

Thanks to the stainless steel housing, this high-performance dishwasher is easy to clean. Stainless steel is also durable, so your device is not prone to damage or scratches. The wash arms are made from special ABS and can be easily cleaned with some water and soap. To clean the inside, use a descaler and a special cleaning agent. The dishwasher is supplied with a rinse pump and a soap pump. A drain pump is not included, as the water drains naturally.
