In this professional gastronomy heated display cabinet, you can keep various baked goods, snacks, grilled dishes, and nibble items at the correct temperature on two shelves. The 50-litre capacity of the warming display takes up little space thanks to its width of 55.4 cm. The square glass design is attractive and presents the products in a professional way. At the rear of the cabinet are swing doors, which make it easier for staff to serve or refill. The interior is equipped with two chrome-plated fixed shelves that are not height adjustable

Adjustable Temperature

To keep the food at the right temperature, you can effortlessly set the temperature between 30 and 90 ºC by using the analogue rotary knob. The control light indicates when the display shows the selected temperature. To ensure the food is kept evenly warm, this warming plate is equipped with a powerful heating element for efficient heat distribution. Additionally, there is a humidification reservoir to prevent the products from drying out too quickly.

Quick and Easy Cleaning

It goes without saying that a display cabinet must be cleaned regularly, especially when it is placed in a prominent position in your catering establishment. Use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to clean the inside of the cabinet. You can also clean the outside in the same way. Do not use too much water during cleaning to avoid condensation. The shelves are not removable but can be cleaned with soapy water and a sponge. This compact warming plate is easy to place on a work table or countertop.
