Cooling and freezing quick chill cycles, controllable by timer or core temperature probe, with choice between: intensive cycle, where the chamber temperature is constantly held at -20°C gentle cycle, where the chamber temperature is held at 0°C. 5 additional special cycles for defrosting, ice cream hardening, drying, fish sanitising and skewer probe heating. At the end of the cycle the quick chiller serves as a refrigerator and maintains the temperature between +2 and +4°C or as a freezer below -18°C. Hermetic compressor with ventilated condenser.
