This aluminium julienne cutter 4mm is suitable for the VC750 vegetable cutter. With this slicer, you can cut vegetables or potatoes into long thin strips. The slicer can be inserted into the vegetable cutter. When you are finished, you can remove the slicing disc and clean it with warm soapy water. Make sure to dry the cutting disc thoroughly and for maintenance, apply a little vegetable oil to the cutting discs.
