This 5 mm aluminium grater is suitable for the VC750 vegetable cutter. With this grater, you can grate vegetables and fruit. The grater can be inserted into the vegetable cutter. When finished, you can remove the grating disc and clean it with warm soapy water. Make sure to dry the grating disc thoroughly and apply a little vegetable oil to the cutting discs for maintenance.
