The FLOTT ZS 3 automatically peels onions, garlic, or other tuber vegetables — with shell ejector, peeling time control, and a carborundum peeling system, whose coating is adapted to the respective peeling material. Choose the version matching your focus; additional peeling systems can be retrofitted. Completely made of stainless steel, made in Germany.
The peeling water is accumulated in the machine: the tuber vegetables are thoroughly washed, a soft water cushion prevents bumping and beating, and water consumption is reduced. The peeling time control gently empties at the end via a slow restarting of the machine.
