Also suitable for açaí bowls

Açaí arrives frozen and sorbet-firm and does not need to be frozen, only held at serving temperature and consistency — exactly what this machine does. The bowl is dispensed straight into the dish instead of being blended by hand for 45 to 90 seconds, and the same machine makes soft serve, frozen yoghurt and milkshakes in winter.

Self-pasteurising: Stripping and cleaning only every 30 days instead of after every batch — the decisive difference in daily operation.

Which açaí preparation your machine can handle — purée, powder or mixes with fruit pieces — depends on the configuration. We clarify this with you before quoting.

Installation and training are mandatory

Carpigiani machines are not simply plugged in: positioning, commissioning and training your staff are a precondition for the warranty and for safe operation — and they are not included in the machine price shown.

· The effort depends on the site (access, floor, water and power connection, drainage).
· It also depends on the machine chosen (countertop or floor model, water or air cooling, connected load).
· We calculate both together with the machine and show them separately in the quote.
