Behind Gastro-Nik is not an anonymous mail-order business, but a face: Artur Nikolić, 36 years old, father of three children — formerly based in Mainz, now in nearby Stromberg.

For 20 years his professional life has revolved around catering equipment: After positions at wholesalers such as KBS Gastrotechnik and NordCap, he specialised in refrigeration furniture from IDEAL / AKE — including 2D drawings, costing and complete project planning. At Viessmann and Arneg he was subsequently responsible for the tendering and sales of turnkey supermarkets.
