Shipping Costs & Delivery
Note: All prices are net prices plus statutory VAT. For deliveries by freight forwarder, delivery is made up to the curbside of the shipping address you provide.

*The above shipping costs apply to mainland Germany, excluding islands, mountain stations and where applicable shopping streets/shopping centres that may only be accessed intermittently. Delivery is always made up to the first accessible area, valley station or first harbour (mainland).
Delivery time Germany: usually 2–3 working days after receipt of payment. Possible exceptions can be found on the respective product page.

EU and outside the EU
If you wish to have goods shipped to another country, please contact us via email or phone. We will then check individually whether shipping is possible and prepare a customised offer.
Important: Note on Goods Acceptance
Please check the goods upon delivery for transport damage (if necessary unpack the goods) before signing the consignment notes.
If there is transport damage, please note this on the consignment notes and have it confirmed by the driver. Inform us immediately so that we can take care of it. Insurance of the freight forwarders does not cover later claims.
