We offer a manufacturer's warranty on all products — here you can find the relevant information according to § 479 BGB.

What does manufacturer's warranty mean?

All devices offered at Gastro-Nik come from official German distribution channels and are equipped with the regular warranty of the respective manufacturer. The guarantor is the respective manufacturer of the product:

The scope and duration of the warranty depend on the warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer (usually 12–24 months from purchase; binding are the warranty conditions enclosed with the device or available from the manufacturer).

Flottwerk repair service: For FLOTT peeling and washing machines, the manufacturer offers a collection repair service. The machine is collected directly from you, you receive a cost estimate in advance, and after the repair the machine is returned to you. Repair is only carried out after your approval and is charged according to effort.

Your statutory rights

Important: The manufacturer's warranty is a voluntary service of the manufacturer. Your statutory defect rights (warranty) against us exist independently of the warranty and are not limited by it. The use of the statutory defect rights is free of charge.
