Warranty

We offer the manufacturer's warranty on the appliances of our catering manufacturers — here you can find the relevant information according to § 479 BGB.

What does manufacturer's warranty mean?

The appliances come from official distribution channels and carry the warranty of the respective manufacturer. The guarantor is the manufacturer; the warranty applies to consumers and business customers. Guarantor, duration, scope and territory:

• FLOTTWERK H.J. Dames GmbH & Co. KG, Bahnhofstraße 34, 36199 Rotenburg a. d. Fulda — 2 years on all FLOTT machines (excluding wear parts such as V-belts), valid in Germany

Unless stated otherwise, the warranty covers the rectification of material and manufacturing defects in accordance with the respective manufacturer's warranty terms, which we are happy to send you on request.

No manufacturer's warranty is provided by Schmidt Innovations GmbH (hookahs and accessories by AEON and Steamulation) or by Assheuer + Pott GmbH & Co. KG (APS). Your statutory rights for defects apply to these products.

Flottwerk repair service: For FLOTT peeling and washing machines, the manufacturer offers a collection repair service. The machine is collected directly from you, you receive a cost estimate in advance, and after the repair the machine is returned to you. Repair is only carried out after your approval and is charged according to effort.

Your statutory rights

Important: The manufacturer's warranty is a voluntary service of the manufacturer. Your statutory defect rights (warranty) against us exist independently of the warranty and are not limited by it. The use of the statutory defect rights is free of charge.
