With this professional bain-marie, you can prepare dishes or gradually warm them up. The bain-marie heats water without boiling it. You can then place GN containers or other cookware with food to be cooked or heated inside the unit. Since the water never gets hotter than 100 ºC, your food will not boil or burn. It also prevents food from separating, so there is no risk of flavour loss. The water bath is also excellent for keeping food warm for large groups of guests.

Elegant Design

This bain-marie is ideal for warming chocolate, sauces, dairy products, and mixtures. Thanks to the stylish housing and seamless inner rim, this professional bain-marie is very safe to handle. The drain valve allows the bain-marie container to be easily emptied. The thermostat has a temperature range between 30 and 95ºC and features indicator lights showing when the water has reached the correct temperature. This bain-marie can be used with GN containers up to a maximum height of 15 cm. GN containers or lids are not included in the delivery but can be purchased via our webshop.

Easy to Clean

The bain-marie is not only very easy to use but also easy to clean. Turn off the bain-marie after use and remove the GN containers. The GN containers can be cleaned in the dishwasher. It is important to note that the water in the container may still be hot. Open the drain valve and let the water flow into a suitable container. Clean the inside and outside of the bain-marie with a damp cloth and some mild detergent. Dry everything with a soft cloth and the bain-marie is ready for the next use.
