With this electric deep fryer, you can quickly fry various types of food. With an oil capacity of 10 litres, up to 0.9 kg of French fries can be perfectly crisped in one go. Thanks to the practical drain tap, you can easily change old frying oil, while the small grid ensures crumbs do not block the drain. When changing the oil, simply place a bowl under the tap and open it until all the oil has drained out of the fryer. Then close the tap again and dispose of the oil in the appropriate waste container.

Precise Temperature Control

This professional deep fryer also has a cold zone, where the heating element is located just above the bottom. The oil below the heating element heats less intensively, so crumbs are less likely to burn. Thanks to this innovative cold zone, the frying oil stays fresh for longer. With the easy-to-use thermostat, you can precisely set a temperature between 50°C and 200°C. Then just wait until the orange control light goes off and the oil has reached the exact temperature. The deep fryer also has a removable lid to prevent oil splashes. To prevent the fryer from slipping during use, it is also equipped with rubber feet.

Cleaning with Water and a Brush

The stainless steel housing, fryer, and basket are easy to clean. First, remove all parts from the fryer. Then soak the parts in hot soapy water to remove most of the oil and residues. Afterwards, brush them with a soft brush and warm soapy water. The housing can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
