The great advantage of an electric deep fryer with a double basket of 8 litres each is that your frying capacity is instantly doubled. You can simultaneously prepare french fries, snacks and other fried foods without having to wait. Both heating elements are equipped with an adjustable thermostat allowing you to set a temperature between 50°C and 200°C for each fryer. The orange control light ensures the products are put into the hot oil at exactly the right temperature.

The frying oil stays fresh longer

As this professional deep fryer features a cold zone, the frying oil remains fresh for longer. In the cold zone, the heating element is positioned slightly above the bottom of the fryer so that all the oil beneath the heating element is heated less intensely. When crumbs sink to the bottom, they burn less quickly, so the oil remains usable for longer. The fryer also has removable lids to prevent oil splashes, as well as heat-resistant handles. The rubber feet provide a secure stand on any countertop or table.

Parts made of stainless steel

The housing as well as all parts and accessories are made of stainless steel. The fryer is also designed with rounded corners, making cleaning much easier. Oil and fat residues can be quickly dissolved and cleaned by soaking in hot soapy water. All parts can be removed and cleaned with a brush, warm water and soap. The outside of the fryer can be wiped with a damp cloth.
