A reliable bain-marie is the perfect appliance for heating food evenly without burning or breaking it up. It is ideal for slow cooking dishes and keeping them warm for longer. A bain-marie is excellent for keeping large quantities of food warm for big groups, making it very practical for use in canteens or at catering events.

Easy to use

The water basin can be manually filled with water. After use, it can also be easily emptied by using the drain tap. Once switched on, simply set the desired temperature. The temperature indicator light shows when the set temperature is reached. Thanks to quick and efficient heating, you never have to wait long. This stainless steel bain-marie is suitable for four 2/3 GN containers (up to a height of 15 cm). These are not included in the delivery but can easily be ordered via our webshop. You can also use 1/3 GN containers, but then adapter bars are required.

Easy cleaning

A bain-marie usually does not get very dirty under normal use. To clean the appliance, switch it off and remove the GN containers. Be careful, as hot water droplets may drip from the trays. The GN containers can be placed in the dishwasher. Let the water from the bain-marie drain off via the water tap. The inside and outside are made of smooth stainless steel and can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Finally, dry all parts and reassemble the bain-marie.
