Durable Construction

This high-quality griddle has been specially designed for use in a cooking line. Thanks to the use of quality materials, it is ideal for daily intensive use. The ribbed grill plate is made of 15 mm thick steel and has an elegant chrome surface. Below it is a large drip tray with a capacity of 1.5 litres, which collects the fat during cooking and keeps things tidy. It can be easily removed for cleaning.

This high-quality grill plate is both safe to use and easy to clean. It has an ergonomic design that facilitates working with the appliance. It also features a high stainless steel splash guard that prevents oil splashes and ensures a safe and pleasant cooking experience. The stainless steel housing, splash guards and grill plate can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth and some dishwashing detergent. It is important to switch off the appliance before starting the cleaning.
