In this professional pasta cooker with a capacity of 40 litres, you can quickly and easily prepare delicious pasta. This pasta cooker comes with three stainless steel baskets. Thanks to these baskets and their fine perforation, you can cook several types of pasta simultaneously. You can not only cook pasta in this pasta cooker, but also other products such as potatoes, rice and vegetables. After cooking the pasta, place the baskets on the designated draining area so that the pasta water can drain off.

Fast and Efficient Heating

The heating elements in the water tank are reinforced and ensure quick and efficient heating of the water. With the safety thermostat, you can set temperatures between 20 and 200 °C. The drain with a manual ball valve allows for fast and easy emptying of the water tank. The pasta cooker is also equipped with a solenoid valve for cold and hot water.

For Integration Into a Cooking Line

Since the pasta cooker is equipped with a base with storage space, it is well suited for installation in a cooking line. Furthermore, the stainless steel water tank has rounded corners and the upper part of the pasta pipe is seamlessly welded. Since many parts are made of stainless steel, the pasta cooker is easy to clean. You only need a damp cloth, warm water and a mild cleaning agent.
