Kneading large amounts of dough by hand can be hard work. With this 8-litre mixer, you can effortlessly turn 4.5 kg of ingredients into a smooth dough. The maximum amount of flour is 3 kg and the maximum amount of dough is 4.5 kg. You can also knead smaller amounts of dough, as long as it weighs no less than 1.5 kg. Both the dough hook and the mixing bowl rotate to ensure all ingredients are well mixed and ready for baking. The mixer is an asset to any professional kitchen in restaurants, bakeries and cafés. It is also available in different colours. Thanks to the handy timer, you can also let the mixer work on its own.

Work safely

Thanks to the safety switch, you can be confident that your safety is ensured when working with this dough mixer and that the motor will not overheat. The mixer is equipped with a safety cage that locks the mixing bowl. If the cage is not fully closed, the machine will not start. This also applies if the mixing bowl is overfilled with ingredients. The mixer switches off automatically.

Easy to clean

This professional dough mixer is made of metal with a durable coating. The bowl and dough hook are made of stainless steel, which is not only aesthetic but also very easy to clean. A damp cloth and a mild detergent are all that is needed. The mixing bowl is non-removable, but it is large enough to make cleaning easy. After cleaning, dry everything with a soft cloth.
