During cooking, you can also set a timer between 0 and 180 minutes to prevent burning. The timer can also be read on the LED display. Thanks to the built-in overheating protection, safe operation is possible with this wok burner. In addition, the safety lock ensures that the appliance can be used and stored safely.

Easy to clean

This professional induction hob is easy to clean thanks to its smooth surfaces. Use a microfiber cloth, some warm water and a mild detergent to clean it. The fibres of a microfiber cloth are very soft and do not scratch the glass plate. Never use scourers to clean induction hobs. When wiping the induction plate, make sure to include the edges and avoid streaks by drying the appliance with a soft cloth.
