This 5mm aluminum slicer is suitable for the VC750 vegetable cutter. With this slicer, you can cut vegetables and fruits into 5 mm thick slices. The slicer can be inserted into the vegetable cutter. When finished, you can remove the slicing disc and clean it with warm soapy water. Make sure to dry the slicing disc thoroughly and apply a little vegetable oil to the cutting discs to maintain them.
