Capacity of approximately 40/50 covers per service. Maximum capacity of the grill: 7/8 steaks or entrecôte of 300/350 grams with a thickness of about 3/3.5 cm. Cooking times are very short and may vary depending on the cooking method and, of course, the quality of the meat pieces. The grill grate can be positioned at four different heights: 3.5/8/9.5/13.5 cm. Tip: Best results are achieved with meat that has a slightly higher fat content. Heat temperature of infrared lamps.
