The Fryer MDI 12L Basket Lift by Bartscher features a 12-litre tank with automatic basket lift function and a basket capacity of 6 litres. The unit is equipped with a digital temperature controller, memory function, adjustable signal tone (0–9:30 minutes), safety thermostat and oil temperature control. The stainless steel pull-out heating element as well as the rustproof design allow for easy cleaning and long service life.
