Ventilated Cooling

This freezer has a large temperature range from -18 to -22 °C. The temperature can be easily adjusted using the arrow keys on the digital control. The freezer maintains its temperature thanks to the 6 cm thick wall insulation. This freezer also features a ventilated cooling system, allowing the cold air to circulate well inside and distribute evenly. As this freezer is equipped with grids, air can also circulate through these. This way your frozen products remain well frozen.

Double Door Freezer Model

This freezer features two large doors and six shelves. You can position the racks yourself at the desired height in increments of approximately 5 cm or add more racks. The racks have a GN size of 2/1, but you can also insert two 1/1 GN racks into this freezer. The LED lighting in the door switches on automatically when the door is opened. Thanks to the magnetic door seal, the doors are firmly closed so they cannot be left ajar. The heated door gaskets prevent the doors from freezing shut. Additionally, you can securely lock your food with a lock.

Automatic Defrost Cycle

One drawback of freezers is that frost buildup inside can cause your products to stick to the inner walls. This is now a thing of the past because this freezer has an automatic defrost cycle. This means that excess water is drained every six hours via the motor where it evaporates. This keeps your freezer dry and freezing optimally.

Cleaning the Freezer

Although this freezer has a convenient automatic defrost function, we recommend that you clean your freezer regularly. Unplug it and clean the outside with a damp, dry cloth. The inside can be cleaned using a solution of water and a mild detergent. Use a soft cloth here as well. Thanks to the rounded corners on the inside, you can clean everything well and efficiently. When it’s all clean, dry the interior thoroughly so that the walls do not freeze. Don’t forget to clean the door seals too. When everything is well dried, turn the freezer back on and you can use it again.
