This high-performance griddle plate features a single, smooth grill plate made of 15 mm hardened stainless steel with a satin-finish surface. The grill plate is recessed in a waterproof recess and the top is seamlessly welded. Thanks to the heat distribution, the food is cooked evenly. The grill also fits perfectly into a cooking line.

Equipped with Splash Guard

This professional griddle plate has a 1.5-litre drip tray. You can also set the temperature between 100 and 300ºC. The appliance is equipped with both a pilot flame and a gas safety valve with a thermocouple. Despite the high temperatures, it is always safe to work with this professional griddle plate. It also features a stainless steel splash guard to prevent oil from leaking. You can use the grill with liquefied petroleum gas or natural gas.

Easy to Clean

Cleaning the griddle plate is very simple. There is a removable tray under the unit that catches the fat. Thanks to the stainless steel housing and splash guard, the smooth surfaces are easy to clean. Coarse residues can be removed with a scraper. A damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent can be used to clean the external surfaces and the grill. Make sure all parts are dried before using the grill again.
