Indirect heating system

This kettle has a double wall, the inside of which is filled with water. This means it is not heated directly at the bottom, but more evenly over the entire wall. As a result, the risk of burning is very low. This is called an indirect heating system. It is perfect for preparing liquid foods such as soups, sauces, broths and creams. Thanks to the additional insulation material from which the kettle is made, heat loss and energy consumption are reduced to a minimum. In addition, a safety thermostat protects against too low a water level, so that the food does not burn too quickly. A practical pressure gauge is located at the top of the kettle to make the pressure easier to read.

User-friendly

The most practical feature of this gas-powered boiling kettle is the tilting function, which makes it easier to add ingredients, stir and pour out. There is a wide spout, and the tilting function is fully automatically controlled via the control panel. The lid of a kettle is usually quite large and heavy, but thanks to the weight mechanism of this kettle, it can be opened and closed effortlessly, making this kettle very user-friendly. And since stainless steel is used everywhere and the kettle is round on the inside, it is also easy to clean. Finally, it is also mounted on wheels so it can be moved as easily as possible when needed.
