Indirect Heating System

This boiling kettle is powered by electric current (400 V). The double inner wall can be filled with water, with the heat source located directly under the kettle. This creates a very efficient indirect heating system. The safety thermostat protects against low water levels to prevent food from burning quickly. This makes the boiling kettle ideal for liquid dishes or foods cooked in water, such as rice, potatoes, meat, and vegetables. Thanks to the additional insulation material, heat loss and energy consumption are also minimized.
