Every kitchen needs a freezer to keep food frozen and fresh. This refrigerated counter has a dual function: in the freezer compartment you can store frozen vegetables, meat, fish, and ice cream. The stainless steel worktop can be used for food preparation or for preparing dishes such as desserts. If space is limited, this freezer cabinet is ideal.

Flexible Layout

This professional refrigerated counter features three robust stainless steel doors with an adjustable shelf behind each door that provides plenty of useful storage space. It is possible to create additional compartments by inserting more shelves into the freezer. These can be ordered in our webshop. Since the shelf is a 1/1 GN size, it is also possible to slide GN containers into the guides. This is practical if you want to store loose products.

Ventilated Cooling System

This refrigerated counter is very energy-efficient thanks to its ventilated cooling system and the anti-defrost cycle. The ventilated cooling system ensures that the cold air is evenly distributed inside the freezer. Additionally, the shelves allow cold air to circulate in the freezer compartment. The refrigerated counter also has an automatic defrost function, which means the freezer is defrosted every six hours. The collected water is drained into a collection tray, thus preventing frozen walls. The protective 6 cm insulation ensures that cold air stays inside the refrigerated counter.

Smart Features

The solid doors are equipped with heated door gaskets to prevent freezing. The doors are self-closing and fitted with magnetic door seals to ensure that no cold air escapes. The digital controller displays the temperature of the freezer and with the arrow keys you can set the desired temperature. You can precisely set the temperature in the range of -18 to -22ºC. The refrigerated counter has four castors, making it easy to move the heavy unit. The front castors have brakes that prevent the refrigerated counter from moving while you work with it.

Cleaning the Refrigerated Counter

Although the freezer has an automatic defrost function, you should clean your refrigerated counter regularly. This extends the life of the unit and ensures the device freezes perfectly. Unplug the freezer and remove all shelves and GN containers. Use hot water and a mild detergent to clean the inside of the refrigerated counter with a soft, damp cloth. Clean all loose parts the same way. Thoroughly dry the refrigerated counter and loose parts with a soft cloth to prevent ice formation. Reinstall the accessories and put the refrigerated counter back into operation. The exterior can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. Thanks to the smooth surfaces, dirt and bacteria are spread as little as possible, and there are no gaps where dirt can accumulate.
