This nicely crafted four-door freezer workbench offers a large freezing capacity and an ergonomic work surface. The freezer workbench has four height-adjustable shelves and self-closing doors.

Adjustable racks

This freezer counter comes with four racks of size 1/1 GN and matching guides. The racks have a raised edge that prevents products from falling backwards or freezing onto the back wall. The racks also ensure good air circulation so that the products freeze evenly. The guides for the grids can be adjusted in height by 5 cm. This allows you to decide at which height to place the racks. You can increase the number of grids by ordering additional grids on our website. You can replace the racks with Gastronorm containers or add multiple Gastronorm containers. In this case, be sure to also order the guides.

Energy efficient

Despite its size, this freezer is very energy efficient. Firstly, the walls have 6 cm insulation thickness, which retains the cold air so the freezer freezes perfectly even at an ambient temperature of 32°C. The display is easy to read and the temperature can be set externally between -18 and -22 °C. The doors close automatically with a magnetic door seal so that cold air cannot escape. The heated door gaskets prevent freezing. This freezer counter also has an automatic defrost function that activates every six hours to prevent ice buildup on the walls. The ventilated cooling system ensures the cold air is well distributed.

Portable freezer

Despite its weight, this large freezer is easy to move thanks to the six wheels attached under the unit. The front wheels are equipped with a brake so you can lock the freezer counter to prevent it from moving. On the stainless steel work surface, multiple people can prepare meals simultaneously, such as delicious desserts. Finally, the ice is stored behind one of the freezer counter doors. This way, all ingredients are easy to reach.

Cleaning the freezer

Despite the automatic defrost and self-closing doors, it is advisable to clean the freezer counter regularly. This extends the life of your freezer and ensures everything remains clean. Cleaning is straightforward: switch off the freezer and unplug it. Clean the interior and all loose grids and GN containers with hot water and a mild detergent. After wiping everything with a soft cloth, dry thoroughly. This prevents ice from forming again. When the interior is clean, clean the exterior with a damp cloth. Replace the grids and GN containers and switch the freezer back on.
