To serve light and crispy pizzas in your restaurant, pizzeria or café, it is best to bake them at a high temperature on stone. The front of the pizza oven is made of stainless steel and features sturdy, easy-to-use buttons. Thanks to its heavy metal construction, this professional pizza oven is durable and withstands heavy use.

With Interior Light

Pizzas can be baked at temperatures between 50 and 500ºC. The temperature can also be easily adjusted per chamber. The large interior contains stone plates and a light, so you can easily monitor the progress of your pizzas. You cannot burn yourself on the pizza door because it is double athermal glazed. The pizza oven also offers efficient heat distribution and simple analogue controls.

Cleaning with a Dry Cloth

Before first use, it is advisable to wipe the pizza stone with a damp cloth and then let it dry thoroughly. Then you can turn on the oven for 30 minutes at 100ºC and then for 15 minutes at 200ºC. Cleaning is also very easy: use a dry cloth or a slightly damp sponge, but not too much water, so droplets do not seep into the stone. Let the pizza stone cool down before cleaning so you do not burn yourself and no cracks form in the stone.
