The also included stainless steel kneading hook is suitable for kneading pizza and bread dough.

It is also extremely quiet, so it doesn’t disturb anyone, no matter how and where you use it. It can knead up to 2 kg pizza dough or 1.5 kg bread dough with minimal effort. The minimum amount of bread dough that can be processed is 0.2 kg. The robust aluminium housing is coated with a scratch-resistant finish to protect the attractive design from damage.

This professional planetary mixer is very simple and convenient to operate. A lever opens the mixer so the mixing bowl can be easily removed or accessories changed. The machine head has a safety switch that automatically stops the machine when the head is lifted. Separate start and stop buttons allow the device to be turned on and off. To prevent contact with moving parts during operation, the product is equipped with a plastic protective cover. Through the opening above the bowl, you can add ingredients even during kneading or mixing. All stainless steel parts are dishwasher safe.
