Enjoy working with infrared

It is always a pleasure to work with infrared heating because it provides direct heat transfer from the hob to the pan. This way, you never have to wait long for your pan to get hot. The heating element of this infrared hob consists of circular zones with diameters of 21-30 cm and can also accommodate larger pans thanks to the 90 cm depth. The glass-ceramic cooking surface is 6 mm thick and can withstand heavy pans. The glass plate is embedded in a sealed monoblock plate, so you don’t have to worry about spills or leaks.

To cook at the right temperature, you can set temperatures between 50 and 300 °C using the thermostat. Both zones can be adjusted separately. Additionally, the hob is equipped with a thermostat with a safety switch that prevents overheating, as well as a warning light that stays on as long as the hob is still warm.

Easy cleaning

The plate is seamlessly welded, and the housing is made entirely of stainless steel. Together with the smooth surface of the glass plate, cleaning the cooker is a breeze. All you need is a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. After washing and drying all surfaces, the induction hob is ready for its next use.
