Equipped with Thermal Insulation

Safe working in the hospitality industry is essential. The safety thermostat ensures that overheating is avoided. The temperature can be set between 120 and 300 °C. To limit heat loss and keep energy consumption low, the braising pan is equipped with thermal insulation. The bottom of the inner pan is made of 8 mm thick stainless steel to prevent corrosion, which also ensures even heat distribution.

Easy to Clean

An important part of user-friendliness is cleaning. Thanks to the intelligent design and use of smooth materials, you don’t have to worry about that. The stainless steel can be easily cleaned with a cloth. The corners are rounded so that no food residues can accumulate, and thanks to the practical tap, you always have water for cleaning at hand.
