The safety thermostat ensures overheating is prevented. The temperature can be set between 120 and 300°C. To limit heat loss and keep energy consumption low, the frying pan is equipped with thermal insulation. The bottom of the inner pan is made of 8 mm thick stainless steel to prevent corrosion and ensures even heat distribution.
