Indirect heating system

This cooking pot operates on electric power (400 V). The double inner wall can be filled with water, and the heat source is located directly under the kettle. This creates a very efficient indirect heating system. The safety thermostat protects against low water levels to prevent food from burning quickly. This makes the kettle ideal for liquid dishes or foods cooked in water, such as rice, potatoes, meat, and vegetables. Thanks to the additional insulation material, heat loss and energy consumption are also reduced to a minimum.

Easy to use

Although it weighs 95.7 kg and is therefore a heavy cooking appliance, it is still very easy to operate. The double-layer lid has a large handle and a counterweight opening mechanism so that opening and closing works smoothly. The pressure gauge is located on top of the device, so the pressure can be clearly read. Easy cleaning of the appliance is an important aspect of usability. The interior is rounded and smoothly finished everywhere thanks to stainless steel. The kettle also comes with a practical drain valve that allows the liquid to be drained effortlessly. This is not only useful for draining cooking water but also very practical for cleaning.
