Extra insulation

The cooking pot features an indirect heating system: it has a double wall that can be filled with water, preventing food from burning or overheating quickly. The double-walled lid also has additional insulation. Furthermore, the lid is equipped with a hinge and a balanced mechanism that makes opening and closing the lid easier. An overpressure valve ensures that the steam does not become pressurised. This cooking pot is also equipped with micro-perforated stainless steel burners and has a flame protection device for added safety. With the help of the external valve, you can also release excess air to reduce pressure. The pressure gauge is easy to read.

Easy to clean

Since the cooking pot is fully made of stainless steel, it is easy to clean. This gas-fired cooking pot is suitable for LPG or natural gas. The drain valve allows for draining liquid foods and emptying the cooking pot for easy cleaning. The stainless steel surfaces are cleaned using a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. After cleaning, dry everything well with a soft cloth. This professional cooking pot is equipped with sturdy feet that provide additional stability during use.
