A french fries warming device is just as indispensable as a deep fryer itself, because warm and crispy french fries should stay warm and crispy.

Easy to operate

The french fries warmer features an infrared heating element on the back, which can be adjusted with the thermostat to temperatures between 110 and 190 °C. Not only does the temperature keep the french fries warm, crispy and fresh, but the bottom of the warmer also contributes. It has a perforated surface so that excess fat is collected in the drip tray underneath. This also keeps the fries on the bottom fresh and tasty. The perforated bottom also has a slightly curved shape to make it easier to scoop out the fries.

Robust construction

The choice of materials and the intelligent design of the french fries warmer ensure that it withstands the intensive daily use in commercial kitchens. The unit is made entirely of stainless steel, as are the base plate and oil drip tray.

The smooth stainless steel, the seamless welded joints and the rounded corners ensure that no dirt can accumulate in corners or on surfaces. This makes the warmer really easy to clean. Thanks to the four sturdy stainless steel feet, it always stays firmly in place. It is also possible to order a base separately. This is available both in an open version and a version with a cabinet door underneath.
