Dual control for maximum flexibility

Each container features its own digital control panel with a clear display. Choose from four modes per tank: iCE" (for slush), COOL" (for chilled drinks), CLN" (for cleaning) and STOP". With the 'Gear' button you can adjust the temperature or slush consistency in 7 levels. In ICE mode, the temperature can be set from -12°C to -2°C and in COOL mode from 1°C to 10°C. The regeneration program is automatically activated below freezing point to ensure optimal performance.

Two flavours, twice the capacity

With a total volume of 2 x 12 l and two separate dispensing taps, you can easily serve multiple flavours at the same time. This makes it ideal for high-traffic locations where speed and variety are important. The noise level remains below 60 dB, making the machine suitable for customer-oriented environments such as cafés or kiosks. The adjustable feet ensure stability on any surface. You can choose from 63 colours for the tank lighting, so one colour for every occasion.

Easy to clean

Thanks to the integrated CLN cleaning mode per tank and removable parts such as the drip tray and tap, cleaning is quick and easy. Empty the tanks and fill them with clean, warm water and a mild detergent. Select the cleaning program on the display and the machine stops cooling while the mixing system continues to run. This loosens all residues. Empty the tank, refill it with only warm water, run the mixer again and empty it once more. Remove the tank from the machine and detach the tap. Detach the mixing system and all removable parts. Clean these parts in warm soapy water. Wipe the mixing system with a damp cloth. Dry all parts well and lubricate the seals with food-grade petroleum jelly. Reassemble the unit. Remove and clean the drip tray and filter and replace them. Please note: Always use products with 20-30% sugar content** for best results. Never use only water as this can damage the system. The seals of the mixing unit should be replaced annually with long-term use.
