With this black chocolate dispenser, you can easily serve 5 litres of hot chocolate. It also features a Bain-Marie heating system that ensures the chocolate milk is gently heated without burning. The stirring mechanism with continuous rotation prevents clumping and clogging of the tap.

Evenly Heated Drinks

To operate this chocolate dispenser, first fill the water tank up to the max mark. Then fill the food-safe bowl with chocolate milk and securely close the lid. Turn on the device using the On button to activate the stirring mechanism. Afterwards, you can set the temperature to the desired level. Depending on the desired temperature, the product, and ambient temperature, the contents will heat within half an hour. Once the chocolate milk has reached the set temperature, place a cup under the tap and pull the lever down to fill the cup. Spilled chocolate milk is collected in the drip tray beneath the tap. This versatile device can also be used for milk, tea, mulled wine, and other heated drinks.

Cleaning the Machine

Empty any remaining chocolate milk and rinse the bowl and stirring system of the device. Fill the bowl with water and let the water drain through the tap out of the bowl, ensuring no food residues remain in the channel. Remove the tap with the supplied tool and clean the channel between the bowl and the tap with a pipe cleaner. Remove the bowl and stirring unit and clean them with hot water and food-safe detergent. Remove the stopper of the water tank to empty it. Replace the stopper and clean the water tank and the appliance with a damp cloth. Dry all parts and reassemble them. Don't forget to clean the drip tray.
