The pot washer is suitable for use in bakeries, butcheries and larger catering businesses where large pots and pans are used every day. Thanks to its high capacity, you can also clean the largest pots and pans. Many large gastro items often do not fit into a standard-sized dishwasher, but with this dishwasher you can clean everything from large pots and GN containers to crockery. This powerful appliance tackles even the most stubborn food residues thanks to its specially designed washing arms and water jets. You can wash up to 30 baskets per hour in this machine, which operates with a noise level of less than 65 dB. Finally, this professional dishwasher features three complete washing programmes with a duration of 120, 240 and 480 seconds.

Including stainless steel wire basket

Starting up this professional appliance is very simple. Using the control panel, which is IPX4 protected so that no water can get behind the buttons, you switch on the dishwasher and the water is automatically filled and heated. With the second button you can select the wash programme. The pots and pans are washed at a temperature of 60°C and then rinsed with 80°C hot water, so that the crockery quickly dries again through evaporation. The washing and rinse temperature is adjustable. This pot washer comes with a 50 x 60 cm wired stainless steel basket as well as an inlet hose for connecting the pot washer to the water supply and a drain hose.

Easy to clean

Thanks to the stainless steel casing, this high-performance pot washer is easy to clean. Stainless steel is also very durable, so your appliance is not prone to damage or scratches. The washing arms are made from special ABS and can be easily cleaned with some soap and warm water. To clean the inside, use a descaler and a special cleaning agent. The pot washer is supplied without washing and soap pumps, but special kits can be ordered via the website. A drain pump is not included as the water drains naturally. Just make sure that the drain hose is connected lower than the outlet.
