The pot dishwasher is suitable for use in bakeries, butcheries, and larger catering operations where large pots and pans are used daily. Thanks to the high capacity, you can also clean the largest pots and pans. Many large catering items often do not fit in a standard size dishwasher, but with this dishwasher, you can clean everything from large pots and GN containers to dishes. This powerful device removes even the most stubborn food residues thanks to its specially designed wash arms and water jets. You can wash up to 30 baskets per hour in this machine, which operates at a noise level of less than 65 dB. The professional pot dishwasher features four complete wash programs with durations of 120, 240, 360, and 720 seconds.

Including stainless steel wire basket

Commissioning this professional device is very simple. Via the control panel, which is protected to IPX4 so that no water can penetrate behind the buttons, you simply switch the dishwasher on, and the water is automatically filled and heated. With the second button, you can set the wash program. The pots and pans are washed at a temperature of 60°C and then rinsed with 80°C hot water, so the dishes dry quickly by evaporation. The wash and rinse temperature is adjustable. Included with this dishwasher is a 70 x 70 cm stainless steel wire basket as well as an inlet hose for connecting the dishwasher to the water supply and a drain hose.

Easy to clean

Thanks to the stainless steel housing, this high-performance pot dishwasher is easy to clean. Stainless steel is also very durable, so your device is not prone to damage or scratches. The wash arms are made of special ABS and can be easily cleaned with some soap and warm water. For cleaning the interior, use a descaler and a special cleaning agent. The pot dishwasher is supplied without wash and soap pumps, but special kits can be ordered via the website. A drain pump is not included, as the water drains naturally. Just make sure that the drain hose is connected lower than the outlet.
