In large catering operations working with large amounts of dirty dishes, this hood dishwasher is a great advantage. You can quickly run the baskets through, making dish handling very efficient. This professional machine features two wash programmes: 90 and each 180 seconds, including 15 seconds of rinsing. The wash temperature is 60°C and the rinse cycle 85°C, ensuring everything dries faster. Additionally, the device is very quiet with a noise level of less than 65 dB. This dishwasher uses only 2.8 litres of water per wash cycle. The control panel is IPX4 protected, preventing water from reaching the easy-to-operate buttons. It has four buttons: an On/Off button, a start/stop wash cycle button, a rinse programme selection button, and a drain pump start button. The dishwasher also features temperature and rinse aid indicators.

Ideal for use in the dishwashing line

An advantage of purchasing this professional hood dishwasher is that you can connect it to a stainless steel dishwasher table for pre-rinsing, enabling a smooth workflow from pre-washing to drying. Both the device and our dishwasher tables are equipped with adjustable feet to achieve the perfect working height. This way, dirty dishes can be cleaned quickly and easily. First, place all the dishes in the dishwasher basket and rinse them off with a pre-rinse spray. Then slide the basket into the dishwasher. When the wash programme is finished, slide the basket to a draining table and allow the dishes to dry. This machine is also suitable for corner installation. The following accessories are included: a glass basket (50 x 50 cm), a plate basket (50 x 50 cm), a cutlery basket, and supply and drain hoses for connection to the water supply.

Easy-to-clean dishwasher

The hood dishwasher is made entirely of stainless steel and is therefore very quick and easy to clean. The smooth surfaces can be wiped with a damp cloth. The wash arms inside are made of special ABS and can be cleaned with a cloth and water. The dishwasher is equipped with a drain, rinse aid, and soap pumps. It is important to note that the rinse aid and soap pumps can only accommodate liquid detergents.
